A Sydney based entrepreneur had an awesome idea that had fantastic potential, but he didn't know how to evolve his idea with the right strategy to take the next step with confidence. He was concerned with over-engineering or over-investing in potentially the wrong feature or technology, he wanted to get his strategy locked down to maximise his bang for his buck and get his idea on track.

Everlon Bronze previously had a thick client based software application for order management. It required intervention of staff in the customer order process forcing them to work on administrative issues rather than focusing on expanding their business operations.

As the second part of a two part project, we had completed the public facing website and then developed a member portal, which provides Doctors with a platform where they can easily manage continuous professional development (CPD) compliance and offers them an opportunity to share contact information with the public and colleagues in a secure manner.

We created a fully functional web-based automated risk and governance system with pre-repair financing, factoring decision analysis and reporting functionality.

We developed a mobile application packed with rich features and functionality. This app provides Cordell subscribers with fast and efficient access to the industry’s best information, 24/7.

We analysed their complex back-end functions and designed a custom web application to enhance their performance and capabilities.
