We engaged Intergy in late 2022 to transition our existing MS Access management system to a cloud based system with improved performance and security. Intergy collaborated closely with us and leveraged the existing tool to document detailed requirements and provide a budget/costing breakdown and timeline. The Intergy team were professional throughout design and development and worked closely with us to ensure they understood the intricacies of the existing system. Senthil and his team of developers were very responsive in resolving issues and worked really hard to meet our tight timeline. Staff are delighted with the upgraded system which provides many benefits, including improved performance, a streamlined interface, and enhanced functionality, all of which enable us to better manage our business. We engaged Intergy to build the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) of our new credit and risk analysis cloud platform. We developed our own system design document and handed this over to Intergy for quote. They provided a comprehensive budget/costing breakdown and timeline plus plenty of testing time which is so important. We went live with zero issues. Since launch we have revised th system twice, and again Intergy was so professional and made time and budget every time. We can’t recommend Intergy enough. Intergy and Blink Software have developed a software application that has changed the way we run our business. The old days of excess paper work and hard manual and mental labour have been replaced with mobile data, automated bookings, direct to driver dispatch, live to the minute driver statuses, and an invoicing system that has cut down hours of tedious work, data entry and docket books.
