This week, we’re introducing you to Prakash Annamalai. Prakash has worked as a technical project manager for Intergy for the past eight years. He has a Master’s degree in Information Technology, and more than ten years of IT experience. Prakash began his career with Intergy as a Senior PHP developer eight years ago.

His experience also includes three years as technical team lead at the Sydney office. This involved team management, scoping, estimating, auditing, prototyping, organising deployments, UAT/Post-LIVE support, and more.

Prakash works on a wide range of projects for Intergy clients. These have included mobile apps, MLM applications, customer acquisition management, E-commerce applications, CMS websites, job management systems, and more. Clients who work with Prakash benefit from his interpersonal skills, development skills, workshopping, and ability to handle even the most challenging projects and requirements.

Prakash has some advice for business owners. He recommends using digital solutions as much as possible, and engaging IT support to perform on-going application maintenance so potential risks and threats can be identified as early as possible. Prakash also says that businesses should engage an IT team to keep systems and software up to date, which will help keep things running smoothly while also reducing the chance of security threats.

According to Prakash, it’s also important to ensure that applications and systems are as staff and customer-friendly as possible. By paying attention to the latest technologies and trends, businesses will be able to add more value for current and future customers.
