The College began working with Intergy at a stage when an earlier developer had reached the limits of its ability to meet our demanding requirements. Intergy and Relief Software have developed a software application that has changed the way we run our business. The old days of excess paper work and hard manual and mental labour have been replaced with mobile data, automated bookings, direct to driver dispatch, live to the minute driver statuses, and an invoicing system that has cut down hours of tedious work, data entry and docket books.
They are efficient and professional and have been incredibly flexible and easy to work with, allowing us to work in and help develop our own system that suits our own needs.
The result of this system have seen us recognised as having the best transportation system in our field by some of our major clients. Regular clients who used to book over the phone creating a bottleneck of ringing phones now enjoy the freedom of web portal booking with additional key features, such as live tracking, report access and online rate and quoting.
