Victoria Freeman Real Estate – Content Management System

Victoria Freeman started working in real estate sales in Willoughby in 2000, achieving an excellent reputation for negotiation skills and her persistence to achieve the top dollar for every vendor. Since starting Victoria Freeman Real Estate, she has established a strong reputation in the Lower North shore area. Victoria Freeman approached Intergy Consulting to design a website and put content management system to manage buy, rent and sold properties.

Requirements

• Easy management of Buy, Rent and Sold properties details with images.
• Newsletter upload and management.
• Enquiry form for each property that is listed on the website.

The Solution

Intergy designed the home and inner page templates taking cues from Victoria’s existing business card. We implemented a clean, professional and modern look, incorporating appropriate colours and imagery into an attractive layout. Once the website home and inner page templates were approved by Victoria, our content management system developers set up pages in a content management system (WordPress) as per the approved template design. We built customised post forms for uploading and managing buy, rent and sold categories. A WordPress Newsletter plug-in was used to manage file upload and to set the description and title for each Newsletter.

Victoria Freeman is able to manage the website independently using the WordPress admin login, minimising her ongoing website maintenance costs.

Technology Used

WordPress used along with various customised plug-in/components for Content Management System. Enquiry forms and other customisation are done using PHP and a MySQL database backend.
